This week we encountered an issue with one of our clients that is using Carbonite to backup his Apple iMac (Retina 5K 27″ 2017) with MacOS Catalina 10.15.7.
At first we were force quitting the App to give us more memory. But it keeps on coming back and making the computer run really slow.
So finally, we did this:
- Uninstall Carbnoite from the iMac.
- Restarted the iMac.
- Logged back in on Carbonite to download the installer.
- Install Carbonite again on the same iMac.
